Eligibility

Who is eligible for Hospice Care?

Heragon provides hospice care for the following:

• Patients diagnosed by physician with a life limiting condition and a prognosis of six months or less should the disease follow its natural course.
• Patients with illnesses in which curative measures are no longer effective
• Hospice care has no homebound restrictions.
